The Dream Hunt Super Raffle is the premier hunt giveaway in the Northeastern United States and will serve as a fundraiser to assist in meeting the goals of our non-profit mission.

The following hunts and trips have been graciously donated to the Vermont Big Game Trophy Club for this raffle. NO CHARGE TO ENTER!!!!

Each youth must submit a 300-500 word essay to the Vermont Big Game Trophy Club on why hunting is important to them, and must include a story of one of their hunting experiences. It is not necessary the hunting experience resulted in the taking of game. 

Criteria that will be judged include: Ethics, landowner relations, appreciation of wildlife, respect for our hunting heritage, and family values. Entrants are encouraged to send us their hunting photos along with their story.

Contest is open to all Vermont youths age 16 and under.

Each entrant MUST be able to draw a 35-pound pull bow.

Each entrant must have successfully passed a Hunter Safety Course at the time of the hunt draw.

Entries must be received by the Vermont Big Game Trophy Club by March 1, 2009.

The VBGTC Board of Directors will select the top 5 entries and forward these to Antelope Outfitters, who will make the final selection.

The hunt winner will be announced at our Awards Banquet & Show in April 2009.

The hunt winner will be responsible for travel expenses and license and tag fees.

The hunt winner shall receive an “Archery Only” hunt for 2, parent and child (or mentor and child) at Antelope Outfitters in Wyoming.

Each entrant must send their essay and a photocopy of their Hunter Safety Card to VBGTC, 62 Murray Ave, Milton, VT.  05468. Entries can also be emailed to GMRRS08@gmail.com.

Runner-up winner will receive a 2 day hare hunt at Pine Grove Lodge, Pleasant Ridge, Maine.

All essay entries become the property of Vermont Big Game Trophy Club and are accepted with implied consent to publish.
